Principales missions
Are you willing to join a dynamic team promoting the medical DNA of our brands to helathcare professionals?
NAOS, major international stakeholder of Skincare, is looking for a Global Medical Content Manager , in 9-month fixed contract (French CDD) from As Soon As Possible.
Within the NAOS international Medical Team, you will report to the Head of Global Medical Content.
This position is based in Lyon (France). The missions pertain to both NAOS group and its 3 brands BIODERMA, Institut Esthederm and État Pur.
MISSION: develop medical content to promote the group’s medical portfolio to healthcare professionals.
MAIN ACTIVITIES in your role
- Advise NAOS non-medical teams (marketing, communication, influence…) on the relevant angle to adopt for strong medical contents and assets
- With brands and global teams, lead the realisation of medical communication assets to promote products and services to healthcare professionals
- For medical visit
- For international medical events
- For international websites
- Coordinate and interact with dermatologists and external partners on content creation
- Represent the company at medical events and participate in animating its medical community during international events and on social media (i.e. symposiums, dermatological congresses…)
- Promote actions that enable our team to get feedback from field teams from our international markets
Savoir-faire et Savoir-être requis pour le poste
SKILLS & BACKGROUND we're looking for
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French, English and medical/scientific language
Proven success in producing medical/scientific content
Scientific critical eye: Ability to understand and objectively review/interpret scientific data
Teamwork-minded: Strong interrelation skills and ability to work in a pivotal position with various teams
Solution oriented: ability to make your voice heard while striving to act in the project's best interest
Significant international experience
Autonomy, organisational skills and proactive attitude
