Job description

This strategic role is integral in contributing to the growth of Naos UK&I operations and to support its financial digital transformation to enable us to be best placed to continue being one of the fastest growing skincare brands in the UK market.

The Finance & Administration Manager core mandate is to preserve and optimise the financial health of the subsidiary while respecting and supporting the overall business strategy and ensuring compliance with internal group directions and external regulations.

The role will be responsible for enabling the success of a certain number of services within the finance department including Accounting, Financial Management, Supply-Chain and Logistics, Business Intelligence, IT and Administration and will report into the UK&I Business Unit Manager.

The position will be leading a team of four direct reports (Finance & Business Analyst, Accountant, Demand Planner and Credit Controller). The candidate will have to manage and develop the finance department talents setting training requirements, defining and following-up on their KPIs and designing career and development plan.

Finally you’ll be integral to improving the overall financial acumen of the team, from challenging overall business impact to specific retailer plans, to supporting in the thinking behind the portfolio strategy, the role impacts all areas of the business to develop a long-term sustainable business

Skills

·       Bachelor’s/Master’s degree. One of the following studies will be preferred: economics, statistics, corporate finance, internal control, accounting.

·       Accounting or Finance certification a plus (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA).

·       Excellent financial acumen, ability to keep financial records. Accounting software knowledge a plus (Business Central, SAP, Navision, Sage, Xero).

·       High standard accounting, P&L management, financial modelling and forecasting skills.

·       Supply chain, Inventory planning and warehouse management (3PL) knowledge.

·       5 years of experience in a corporate finance/ accounting / audit / FP&A management role.

·       Knowledge of the pharmaceutical / cosmetic / FMCG sectors are a benefit.

·       Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general working knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of Salesforce, PowerBI, DAX, VBA is a plus.

·       Data Analysis, Reporting, Strategic Planning, Project Management.

·       Proven communication skills. Ability to synthetize complex concepts to non-expert users.

·       Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

·       Self-starter, capacity to work under pressure and deliver results in a timely manner.

·       Advanced analytical skills.
