Job description

As Sales & Marketing Operations Executive, your mission will be to lead the marketing department, to implement a strong sales & marketing strategy, to improve the visibility, awareness and brand image of the brand BIODERMA in Ireland.
You will report to the Business Unit Manager of NAOS Skin Care Ireland Ltd

Main responsibilities:

·        Adapt and implement the Global Marketing Strategy of the brand (Digital, Point of Sales, PR, Internal)

·        Forecast & manage the marketing budget with Business Unit Manager

·        Present Marketing Campaigns to Clients

·        Adapt the marketing presentations for the sales team

·        Manage the development of the digital strategy with a team member

·        Manage the brand internal loyalty program with the training department

·        Proactivity in market research and sales analysis.

·        Graphically design POS tools & offer packaging

·        Work in collaboration with local & international teams to develop successful campaigns through the year.

·        Lead strategic meetings with Sales Rep on campaigns, new launches etc.

·        Develop synergies between the Irish and UK teams.

·        Create strong Point of Sales promotions for the sales team

·        Create / adapt the campaigns for medical presentation

·        Be the primary point of contact with the PR

·        Work with the Logistics provider & suppliers to develop promotions, ensure stock cover for promotions timings for availability in POS

Skills

Qualifications:

· Educated in Marketing Management or equivalent desirable, however direct experience will be considered with other qualifications

·  Minimum 2-3 years of proven work experience in Marketing, in the pharmacy retail space would be beneficial

·  Knowledge of the skincare industry appreciated
