When he created the first BIODERMA and Institut Esthederm products in 1977, Jean-Noël Thorel, a pharmacist and biologist, opened the way to active cosmetics by integrating biology into cosmetics for the first time, with the aim of changing the paradigm.
Present today in more than 100 countries, with 3100 employees, NAOS has chosen a single design and manufacturing site, NAOS Les Laboratoires, in Aix-en-Provence (France) in order to control the quality and unique design of its products.
NAOS and its three brands - BIODERMA, Institut Esthederm and Etat Pur - claim a unique common approach: ecobiology. A combination of biology and skin ecology, ecobiology considers the skin as an ecosystem in constant interaction with its environment.

NAOS, major international stakeholder of Skincare, is looking for a Product Owner & Digital performance assistant, in alternance from 2nd september 2024.
Inside the Digital Department team, you will work with the product owner teams on the deploiement of our Digital ecosystem and will accompany our Performance manager in the analysing our D2C and eRetail performance.
In this context, your main missions are the following:
Missions Product Owner
· Accompany the PO in the deploiement of our Naos ecosytem - D2C and non D2C website, Skin Diagnosis and other services
· Train and accompany the country in the CMS usage
· Work on back log, write user story, follow the Agile method ceremonials
. Create documentation and training kit
Missions Performance
· Create Webinar and tool tips for the country to fully leverage our perfomance tools and dashboard
· Follow digital dashboard updates and evolution roadmap , working together with the data team and the countries
· Support the performance manager in AdHoc analysis - website performance, A/B tastes
